Q: How do you update or notify the status of our complaint ?
We have web based management and monitoring tool MyShikayat Resolve that will help you to manage and monitor your complaint more or less on real time basis beside status notification through sms, calls and email.
Q: What is MyShikayat Resolve ?
This is our proprietary web based Management tool that helps Client to monitor and track the Complaint assigned to us by sitting anywhere in the world at the click of the mouse. It helps client to measure the dispute resolution efforts being put by us. Client can also upload the documents and can generate various reports. All the dispute resolution activities are entered by us in specific complaint/Account of each client on Real Time Basis. We believe that transparency and communication are of paramount importance. MyShikayat Resolve our online Dispute Resolution management system allows every client secure access to their own accounts, showing the history and progress of every case besides uploading documents online in secured environment. Our client can monitor the progress and measure the efforts being put by us, from anywhere and anytime via online. In other words, clients have total control over their complaint right from filing of complaint until it is disposed. Besides, we provide reports to our clients in a variety of formats to suit their requirements. All the information and documents provided by the clients are secured and we ensure highest level of privacy and confidentiality.

Q: Do you give offer Guarantee to resolve my complaint ?
No, we don't give any guarantee. We work on "Best Efforts Basis" Model. Under this model, our experienced and well qualified Dispute Resolution Attorney put all out efforts and don't leave any stone unturned to resolve your complaint.
Q: What is your refund policy ?
In case, you need to withdraw the complaint, you can withdraw with 3 days of filing the complaint and you fee will be refunded in 48 hours.
Q: Do I need a lawyer to file complaint in Consumer court/Forum?
No Lawyer is required to file the complaint. We assist our clients to prepare and filing the complaint along with all supporting documentation. We also prepare and file written arguments. Though, under the law, no lawyer is required to be appointed, but still you wish to engage lawyer, we assist you to find a lawyer from our well selected panel of lawyer that charge very reasonable fee and offer best in class services.
Q: Do I need to file the police complaint myself?
Yes. However, we will prepare a police complaint for you and you just need to file it. Any further information or reply, we will prepare for you.
